2017 Living Traditions Festival

Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! We all come together at Living Traditions to help preserve and celebrate the folk and ethnic traditions of our diverse community.

Volunteers provide an invaluable service to the operation of this Festival and contribute to the spirit of Living Traditions. We could not do it without YOU! Be a part of this spectacular spring event in Salt Lake City. You are supporting an amazing community event, which promotes amazing local ethnic artists and communities!

Volunteer Opportunities include positions such as:
Beverage Assistant (Non Alcoholic), Bocce Ball Assistant, Greeter, Grounds Crew, Kids Area Assistant, Refrigeration Truck Assistant, and School Day Assistant.

Volunteers receive fun & exciting benefits dependent on hours of service. These are listed below:

1-3 Hours of Serivce: Commemorative festival volunteer t-Shirt and beverage coupon.(VOLUNTEERS THAT APPLY AFTER 5/2/2017 MAY NOT BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT AS IT WILL BE DEPENDENT ON INVENTORY)

4-6 Hours of Service: Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages for the duration of the Festival, entered a drawing to win discounts and tickets to the Utah Natural History Museum, Tracy Aviary, and more!

7-9 Hours of Service: Receive all of the benefits listed above and 2 tickets good for any show of your choice during the 2017 Twilight Concert Series season.

10+ Hours of Service: For each additional 2 hours of service, volunteers receive 1 ticket good for any show of your choice during the 2017 Twilight Concert Series Season.

Alumni Volunteers: Returning volunteers are entered into an "Alumni Only" drawing to win admission tickets Utah's Hogle Zoo and more!

Volunteers at the festival support an amazing community event, now in its 32nd year, which promotes local folk and ethnic artists and their communities. Volunteers must be at least 12 years of age. Volunteers 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult.
